Co-Creations & Heart-Led Projects

At Filgood Therapy, the projects I say yes to come from a place of connection and inspiration. I have had the privilege to collaborate with people from around the world who not only inspire me as professionals but also as human beings.

These collaborations help me stay creative, keep learning, and continue offering meaningful spaces for reflection and growth.

Whether it’s co-facilitating therapy sessions, creating workshops, or sharing book reflections—each project is a little love letter to this profession and the people I get to work with.

Working alongside Krishna has opened new ways of supporting clients—especially couples and families. With two therapists in the room, we bring layered perspectives, shared presence, and more room for clients to feel seen and heard.

Book of the Month: Reading & Reflections

Every month, I choose a book that touches on themes like emotions, relationships, identity, or healing. Through short reflections or guided prompts, I invite you to read along and connect the words on the page to your own journey.

Each month, I choose a book that speaks to the emotional, relational, or human experience—and I take my time with it.

Right now, I’m still reading this month’s pick, letting the words sink in and noticing what resonates both personally and professionally.

Once I’m ready, I’ll share some reflections here—things that feel worth pausing for, questions the book stirs up, and ways it connects to the therapy work I do.

If you want to follow along, check back soon—or reach out and I’ll let you know when the reflection is up.
