Ready to Begin?

Whether you're seeking individual support, couples therapy, or family healing. I invite you to connect with me.

Beyond the sessions

Beyond the therapy room, I’m always learning—whether through books, courses, heartfelt conversations, or my travels. I’m especially curious about where psychology meets spirituality, and how diverse cultural traditions understand healing, connection, and the human experience.

I’m multilingual, which has allowed me to support clients from a range of backgrounds. I love drawing from the life forces around us—nature, animals, art, and the quiet wisdom in everyday moments.

Being a psychotherapist calls me into ongoing personal and professional growth. I engage in regular supervision, maintain a mindfulness practice, and find grounding in hiking, camping, and a warm cup of chai. If you’re feeling called, I’d be glad to connect with you.

I want our community to look beyond fire-fighting and start helping to rebuild homes. We then move beyond just managing symptoms to rebuilding authentic connections—with ourselves, our loved ones, and our communities.

My Unique Approach

My approach to therapy integrates professional training with authentic presence

Growing up in a military family across different cities and even conflict zones taught me early about resilience, discipline, and the complexity of family dynamics. But it also taught me that "staying strong" sometimes meant disconnecting from our emotional selves. It wasn't until I began my training as a psychotherapist seven years ago that I opened the gates to my own emotional world. This personal transformation—learning to turn toward difficult experiences with loving awareness—became the foundation of everything I do professionally.

My journey has taken me from working with families affected by post-partum depression and war to supporting individuals caught in cycles of family dysfunction, from designing AI therapeutic conversations to sitting with couples who are carrying immense pain. Through it all, one truth has guided me: we heal in relationship, and everyone deserves the chance to rebuild connection.
