About Fil Good Therapy

At Fil Good Therapy, founded by Ojasvi Bhardwaj, Registered Psychotherapist, you will find more than evidence-based care. You will find presence. Therapy here is guided by creativity, curiosity, and deep respect for your unique path.

Based in Ontario, Canada and offering services globally, Ojasvi brings together the wisdom of eastern traditions with the grounding of western psychotherapy. Her work thoughtfully weaves mind, body, and heart, helping clients uncover the roots of their challenges and move toward deeper understanding and meaningful change.

A long-time Heartfulness meditation practitioner, she integrates body-based and energy-informed approaches that support you in reconnecting with yourself. Clients across the globe often leave sessions feeling lighter, clearer, and more attuned to their inner landscape.

Deeply inspired by the intelligence of nature, Ojasvi is also exploring ways to integrate other life forces into the therapeutic space, including horses and dogs. She believes healing often unfolds through connection with ourselves, with the natural world, and with other living beings.

Fil, the calm elephant — meditating with a glowing heart, representing your higher self
Why Fil Good?

Meet Fil, Your Calm Inner Leader

Fil, the calm elephant, represents something we all carry within us — our higher self, the part of us that leads with wisdom, compassion, and clarity.

When life feels overwhelming, we lose touch with this calm centre. That disconnection often shows up as anxiety, relational struggles, or a persistent feeling of being stuck. Therapy is the bridge back.

At Fil Good Therapy, I integrate heart-centred mindfulness with western psychology to create an experience that doesn't just heal — it feels good. Because reconnecting with yourself should feel like coming home.
